Joann Barnard

JoAnn Barnard is a licensed realtor with extensive experience specializing in residential real estate and luxury homes in the Lowcountry, currently serving at The Alliance Group Realty since February 2020. Previously, JoAnn held the position of Executive Referral Agent at Real Estate Referrals Plus from October 2019 to February 2020 and worked as a high school counselor at the Mahwah Board of Education from September 1999 to January 2018. Additionally, JoAnn was a licensed NYS realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate - Rand Realty from July 2011 to December 2017. JoAnn holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Saint Peter's University.
