Najwa A. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2014, they worked as a Financial Analyst for Business Analysis Services until 2019. Najwa then joined DPI Specialty Foods as a Master Data Management/DMD Clerk in 2019 and stayed until 2020. Subsequently, they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at RITE AID from 2020 to 2021. Afterwards, Najwa A. took on roles such as Senior Tax Accountant at CASCADE PROPERTIES, Cost Estimator at The Ulven Companies, Financial Analyst at Milgard Windows and Doors, and Pricing Analyst at HP. Currently, they are working as a Financial Analyst at CPAs and is also employed as the Assistant Director of Finance at The Allison Inn and Spa since 2023. Additionally, Najwa A. has a separate role as a Local Artist since 2009.

Najwa A. has an extensive education history in the field of accounting and finance. Najwa obtained a Master's degree in Business and accounting from an institution that was evaluated by NASBA in the USA between the years 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Finance & Administration degree at Baghdad College Of Economic Sciences University from 1995 to 2006, specializing in accounting and finance. Additionally, they acquired the ACPA (Arab institute of public accounting) certification during the same period.

Before their time at Baghdad College Of Economic Sciences University, Najwa A. pursued a Bachelor of Chartered Accountant degree in accounting and finance from NASBA, International Evaluation Service in Nashville, TN. This degree was obtained prior to 1994.

More recently, in 2017, Najwa A. completed an Associate's degree in General Studies from Portland Community College, which they achieved in 2019.

It is worth noting that Najwa A. obtained the ACPA certification from the ARICPA institution in January 2006.
