Cliff Whitlock has a diverse range of work experience that spans over a decade. Cliff has held various roles in different companies and organizations.
In 2008, Cliff served as the Chapter President of Sigma Phi Epsilon, where they demonstrated leadership skills. Cliff continued to develop their leadership abilities as a Summer Organizer for Organizing for Action in 2009.
From 2009 to 2011, Cliff worked as a Community Organizer for the California Public Interest Research Group and as a Citizen Outreach Director for the Fund for the Public Interest in 2010. These roles allowed him to engage with the public and advocate for various causes.
In 2011, Cliff joined Klout as a Marketing Associate for a brief period. Cliff then transitioned to OP3, where they held multiple positions. As a Production Coordinator, they organized and managed events such as Bike MS: Waves to Wine and The Avon 39 Walk to End Breast Cancer.
Cliff's passion for supporting charitable causes led him to work as an Independent Contractor for Charity/Endurance Events from 2012 to 2019. During this time, they supported various events, including fundraising walks, runs, and cycling rides.
In 2016, Cliff joined The ALS Association as the Director of the Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS and Walk, which is the largest ALS charity cycling event globally. Cliff later became the Chapter Director of Team Challenge ALS, overseeing all endurance events.
Cliff also gained experience in the healthcare sector as a Special Events Coordinator for UCSF Medical Center in 2016.
Currently, they hold the position of National Director of Team Challenge ALS & DIY Events at The ALS Association, focusing on managing and coordinating events for fundraising and raising awareness for ALS.
