Jessica Wright

Jessica Wright has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Jessica currently works as the Director of Learning and Development at The ALS Association, where they manage organizational needs assessment and leads implementation of learning programs. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Development Standards & Resources at The ALS Association, ensuring compliance with fundraising policies. Jessica also worked as a Manager, National Signature Events, providing leadership and support to chapters in their fundraising efforts.

Before joining The ALS Association, Jessica held positions at the American Lung Association, where they were responsible for managing annual fundraising campaigns and raising funds through special events. Jessica also worked at The ALS Association, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Chapter as a Corporate Relations Manager and Development Manager, overseeing fundraising activities and cultivating corporate sponsorships.

Additionally, Jessica has experience at the Uptown Association, where they served as a Project Coordinator & Director of Operations, promoting economic vitality and managing events. Jessica also worked at Girl Scouts River Valleys as a Corporate & Foundation Giving Officer and Events Specialist, and at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin as an Event Planning Intern.

Jessica's work experience began at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they held positions as a Lead Student Supervisor and Student Assistant. Jessica also interned as an Event Planning Intern at the Western Dairyland Business Center. Overall, Jessica has a strong background in fundraising, event planning, and leadership roles in the non-profit sector.

Jessica Wright graduated from Germantown High School in 2006 with a high school diploma. Jessica then went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's of Arts & Sciences degree. Jessica'smajor was Sociology, with a topical minor in Event Planning. In 2013, Jessica obtained a Festival and Event Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
