Blessing Effiong

Blessing Effiong is a Customer Experience Officer with a proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple organizations. Since February 2022, Blessing has been employed at Sterling Alternative Finance, previously serving in the same role at Creditclan from August 2021 to February 2022, and at Airtel Nigeria from December 2019 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Admin Assistant at the ECOWAS Commission from May 2017 to April 2018. Blessing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Obong University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
