Matthew Saline is the Owner and CEO of The Alternative Board of Philadelphia West (TAB). TAB brings together forward-thinking CEOs and business owners to collectively share their wisdom, provide each other insights and cultivate inspiration through advisory boards, private business coaching and proprietary strategic services.

As an attorney turned entrepreneur, Matthew founded and ran for 22 years one of the largest marketing agencies in the natural and organic products industry. Building upon his proven track record of growing sales and earnings, in 2018 Matthew launched a consulting group to work with companies from concept to funding, launch, profitability, and sustainment.

Matthew has lived the life of a business owner and understands the effort and endurance needed to helm a growing company. He is an expert in marketing, sales, business strategy, value creation, and culture development.
