Nick Duncan

Nick Duncan is a Classical Christian educator currently serving as a Mock Trial Coach and 10th Grade Humanities Instructor at The Ambrose School since July 2018, focusing on the theme "How did God prepare the world for the coming of the Christ?" Previous experience includes managing ownership of Monsoon Asian Grill from April 2017 to July 2018, where Nick developed a Thai-inspired fast casual dining concept. Additionally, Nick operated Nick Duncan Consulting from March 2012 to July 2018, providing services such as menu design and wine list development for local companies. Past roles also include Middle School Coordinator at Valley Life Community Church and Full-time Faculty Instructor in the Culinary Arts Department at the College of Western Idaho. As Corporate Executive Chef for the Idaho-E. Oregon Onion Committee, Nick promoted Spanish Sweet Onions and achieved recognition in culinary competitions. Nick holds a Master of Divinity in Global Studies from Liberty University and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Boise State University, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
