Tarika Ahuja

Tarika Ahuja is an accomplished author and wellness coach with extensive experience in promoting macrobiotic principles and holistic health. Currently serving as the Author of "BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN" at HarperCollins Publishers, Tarika focuses on guiding parents in raising strong and balanced children. In addition to this role, Tarika holds multiple leadership positions including Chief Program Officer at Nada Vibronics Pvt. Ltd. and Chief Coordinator for Online Macrobiotic Programs at the Strengthening Health Institute. As the Founder of Sacred Swan, Tarika emphasizes education in macrobiotics through consultations and workshops. With a strong background in culinary arts and a commitment to wellness, Tarika has also contributed as a visiting faculty member at the American Embassy School and as a speaker for various organizations. Education includes training from Kushi Institute and The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts.
