Grace Stearns

Grace Stearns is an accomplished educator and business owner with extensive experience in international baccalaureate (IB) programs and the arts. As an IB Educator and leader at The American School Foundation since July 2017, Grace instructs Theory of Knowledge and leads the IB Core Team while also serving as the Head of Volleyball. Concurrently, Grace is the Creative Director at KOIK Contemporary Gallery in Mexico City, overseeing gallery projects and publications. As the owner of Grupo Trocadero, Grace manages a portfolio of restaurants, which includes culinary and operational oversight. Previous roles include ownership of Legion Americana, sales management at Jugos Beverage Company, and educational leadership positions at Colegio Peterson and Westhill Institute. Grace holds a Master of Education from The University of Alabama and additional qualifications in visual arts from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
