Ricardo Campos

Ricardo Campos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant and operations management within the agricultural and food industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at The Andersons, Inc. since January 2018, Ricardo also held the position of Operations Manager there. Previously, as Operations Manager for Tate & Lyle from June to November 2017, Ricardo oversaw all operations within the Midwest grain elevators network. Ricardo's earlier career includes a significant tenure at Archer Daniels Midland Company from March 2000 to May 2017, where roles included Elevator Superintendent and Project Engineer, focusing on grain elevator construction and utility management, as well as Plant Assistant Superintendent, managing multiple production departments. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1993.
