Kevin J. Ouellette

Kevin Ouellette is currently the Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel at The Andover Companies since December 2020. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo from May 2004 to November 2020, advising on investment management activities. Before that, Kevin was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from October 1998 to May 2004, focusing on investment management and investment funds. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and a AB in Chemistry from Harvard University.
