Hala Ghali

Hala Ghali, PhD, is a Data Scientist at The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center since July 2023, specializing in data analysis and process improvement. Previously, Hala held a Graduate Data Scientist role at LiveOnNY from June 2018 to December 2022, where significant contributions included developing SQL queries for data management across 91 NYC hospitals, generating over 100 dashboards in Power BI, and implementing machine learning algorithms to enhance organ donation outcomes. Hala's experience also encompasses academic roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science, and various internships in project management and operations. Hala's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master's degree in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering, both from Binghamton University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Management from Al Akhawayn University.
