Vantha Oum

Vantha Oum has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Vantha is currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at The Answer Company, where they are responsible for expanding the organization's presence in the Quebec market for software portfolios. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Services at 4CAD Group - Canada, overseeing sales, implementation, and strategies for ERP software solutions. Vantha also held the position of Director of Development & Delivery at Tangerine Software, leading software implementation projects and managing a team of consultants. Additionally, Vantha held roles such as Project Portfolio Manager at Nexus Innovations and Delivery Manager at Tecsys Inc., where they gained expertise in project management and supply chain solutions. Vantha began their career as a Help Desk Computer Technician at IBM Canada Ltd. Vantha Oum pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering at École de technologie supérieure. In addition, from 2002 to 2005, they completed a Minor in Operations Management at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
