Layton Shaffner

Layton Shaffner has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Layton started their career as an Energy Consultant at Allegro Development, leading projects implementing Energy Trading and Risk Management software for major energy companies. Layton also served as an Engagement Manager and Managing Consultant at Vurv Technology, where they managed global client implementations and was responsible for relationship management with HR Business Process Outsourcing partners. Layton then worked as a Senior Consultant at Taleo, leading requirements meetings with HR executives and providing guidance on recruiting solutions. Layton later joined American Express as a Project Manager, successfully implementing the Talent Management System and Integrated with PeopleSoft on a global scale. Layton also worked at Appirio as a Director and Senior Project Manager, specializing in Workday implementations. Currently, they hold the position of Client Partner at The Anti and serves as an Advisor at Prossimo LLC. Additionally, Layton took a break from their professional career to travel the world with their wife and visited various Non-Government Organizations in different countries.

Layton Shaffner pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Spanish from Texas Christian University. Layton attended the university from 1993 to 1997. Layton then furthered their education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their academic achievements, Layton Shaffner has also obtained various certifications. In 2013, they obtained the Workday Engagement/Project Manager certification as well as the Workday HCM certification from the institution of Workday. In 2014, they acquired the Workday Recruiting certification, further enhancing their professional qualifications.
