Nick Mulligan

Nick Mulligan is an Associate at The Anton Group at Marcus & Millichap, where Nick has been engaged in real estate sales since August 2021. In addition to this role, Nick serves as a Board Member for Spread The Swell, a non-profit organization that provides surfing lessons to underprivileged children in Rhode Island. Nick has also accumulated experience in the golf industry as a caddie at Shelter Harbor Golf Club and The Misquamicut Club from June 2019 to July 2021. A former Division 1 Varsity Baseball player at Bryant University, Nick interned at Randall Realtors and worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Stone Bridge Investment Group and an Agent Assistant at Marcus & Millichap. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a concentration in Marketing and Communications from Bryant University, attended Avon Old Farms from 2015 to 2017, and completed education at Iona Preparatory School from 2012 to 2015.
