Elaine Young

Elaine Young is currently the Director of the Office of Professional Practice at Kroll since January 2020. Elaine also serves as the Chair of the Business Valuation Resource Panel (BVRP) starting in 2023, Vice Chair in 2022, and Member since 2021 at The Appraisal Foundation. Elaine previously held positions at Duff & Phelps from October 2005 to December 2020 as Director of Valuation Services and Vice President of Valuation Services. Prior to that, Elaine worked at Standard & Poor's as a Senior Associate from August 2002 to September 2005. Elaine obtained their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business in 2010 and their B.S. in Business Administration from the same institution in 2002.
