Megan Rhoads has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Megan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Araca Group since December 2021. Prior to this, they held positions such as EVP of Creative Strategy, EVP of Brand Activation, SVP of Client Services, and VP of Client Services at The Araca Group from 2010 to 2021.
Before joining The Araca Group, Megan worked at Explorer TV as an Executive Producer from 2006 to 2010, where they also briefly served as a Supervising Producer. Megan also gained experience at Mark Burnett Productions as an Assistant to Co-Executive Producer and Line Producer for the TV series Survivor in 2005-2006.
Earlier in their career, Megan worked at Jersey Jo Productions as an Assistant to Actor Joe Pantoliano and Creative Associate from 2003 to 2005, and additionally served as a Coordinating Producer for an episode on VH1. Megan also worked on Broadway as a Dresser for Urinetown the Musical and Frankie and Johnny from 2001 to 2003, and as a Wardrobe Supervisor for Urinetown the Musical Off-Broadway for a brief period of time in 2001.
At the start of their career, Megan worked as an Executive Assistant at The Nancy Richards Group, where they were involved in Broadway and Off-Broadway marketing and promotions from 2000 to 2001.
Megan Rhoads received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Costume Design from Miami University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
