Susan Hill

Susan Hill is a house manager/administrator at The Arc Inc., overseeing daily operations of an assisted living home for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a developmental specialist/coach within the same company, writing and executing treatment plans for clients. Susan also has experience as a counselor, providing intake, assessments, and counseling for children and adults. Susan holds a Master of Social Work from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
