Raquel Adams

Raquel Adams is Chief Human Resources Officer for The Arc Baltimore. She has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Raquel started her HR career at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region as a Recruiter. Since then, she has held numerous positions in Human Resources and worked in several industries. Raquel received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University.
