Michelle Delong

Michelle DeLong is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Accounting Manager at The Arc Minnesota since July 2021. Michelle has also been an Independent Advanced Director at Pampered Chef since January 2011, focusing on enhancing mealtime experiences through effective tool usage. Prior to this, Michelle worked as the Regional Controller at Campbell Street Services from March 2020 to April 2021, managing financial operations across multiple long-term care communities. Michelle's extensive background also includes over 22 years as a Senior Accountant at American Baptist Homes of the Midwest, where responsibilities included financial reporting and managing the complete accounting cycle. Michelle holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting from Normandale Community College.
