Holly Usack

Holly Usack, MSW, currently serves as the DHS Clinic Director and Treatment Coordinator at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler since January 2023. Previously, Holly Usack held multiple roles at CareFirst NY, Inc. from June 2020 to December 2022, including COVID Support Specialist, Virtual Flex Clinical Support Specialist, Community Engagement Manager, and Community Palliative Care Social Worker. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Social Work at Bethany Manor Horseheads, NY from October 2018 to June 2020, and roles as a Regulatory Specialist and Certified Physician Coder at SMITH ALLERGY AND ASTHMA OF CNY and Proximal Coding & Auditing, respectively. Holly Usack began a social work career at Bethany Manor from 2014 to 2017 as a Social Worker and holds extensive experience in account management and legal administration from earlier roles. Educationally, Holly Usack earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Psychology/Music from Elmira College and Corning Community College, respectively.
