Carolyn Hojaboom

Carolyn Hojaboom, CPA, MNPL, currently serves as the Director of Finance & Operations at The Arc of King County, where the organization focuses on providing support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Prior to this role, Carolyn was a Senior Consultant at Ash Consulting LLC, which specializes in assisting small to mid-sized organizations, and served as Principal at Jacobson Jarvis & Co., PLLC, focusing on audit and consulting services for not-for-profits in Washington state. Carolyn's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Retired Partner at Moss Adams LLP, where leadership of the Not-for-Profit and Governmental practice was held. Carolyn holds a Master's in Not-for-Profit Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
