Melanie Kremer

Melanie Kremer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Melanie is currently working at THE ARC as the Lead of Administration, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at THE ARC from July 2022 to May 2023, and the Head of Operations & HR from October 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining THE ARC, Melanie worked at WAYS as the HR & Operations professional from March 2021 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Projektassistentin und Sachbearbeitung at Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe from June 2014 to March 2020.

Melanie also worked as a Projektmanagerin und Personalmanagerin at PSN Marketing GmbH u. Co. KG from December 2013 to May 2014, and as a Projektmanagerin at Die Gestalter GmbH from July 2013 to November 2013.

Their earliest work experience was as a Projektleiter at standpunkt digital GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked from September 2011 to April 2013. During their time at standpunkt digital, they were involved in various tasks such as project management, team leadership, reporting, contract negotiations, and customer relations. Melanie also gained experience in organizing trade show appearances, coordinating live marketing activities, and conducting workshops. Additionally, they handled the training and supervision of apprentices.

Before their role at standpunkt digital, Melanie completed their Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Marketing Kommunikation from August 2008 to August 2011.

Melanie Kremer earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2012 to 2015.
