Simon Bradstock

Simon Bradstock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, safety management, and business transformation. As the Director of WorkSafe Solutions Pty Limited since 2004, Simon has focused on providing executive support for organizations undergoing change, particularly in human resource strategy and safety compliance. In addition, Simon founded Beyond the Badge in 2019 to assist the First Responder Community with career transitions and has served as Interim Manager for The Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation since 2020. Previous roles include Manager of Industrial Relations & HR at Cerebos and General Manager of Safety and Risk at Dick Smith Electronics, where Simon established comprehensive risk management frameworks and successfully led safety initiatives that resulted in significant reductions in incidents. With a Master's Degree in OHS Management and ongoing studies in Labour Law and Relations, Simon Bradstock combines robust educational credentials with a track record of impactful leadership in safety and organizational development.
