Gio Velez

Gio Velez is a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist at The Asia Foundation under the USAID Forward Bangsamoro project. Prior to this, Gio has worked with various organizations such as the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Ministry of the Interior and Local Government-BARMM, Ministry of Trade, Investments and Tourism-BARMM, Global Water Solutions Inc. - PH, RTI International, and Brain Trust Inc. KOSD in roles related to Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation, project coordination, and capacity-building support. Gio holds a PhD in Development Administration from the University of Southeastern Philippines.
