Todd Wassel

Todd Wassel is the Country Representative for The Asia Foundation in Timor-Leste, overseeing a large office and implementing multi-million dollar projects. Todd has also served as the Deputy Country Representative, Director for Safety and Security Programs/USAID Chief of Party, and held roles at the United Nations Development Programme and Associates in Rural Development. Todd holds a Master's degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University.
