Kaitlyn You

Kaitlyn You is the Senior Associate for Program Operations for the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship (AYLF), where she supports operational and programmatic delivery functions across the program.

Prior to joining AYLF, Kaitlyn worked as a program and operations coordinator at Aspen’s College Excellence Program (CEP) and at the Urban Institute’s Research to Action to support a portfolio of projects related to housing affordability and stability, with an emphasis on racial equity.

Kaitlyn has an M.A. in public policy from the University of Chicago and M.S. in management from Georgetown University, along with a B.A. in international studies from American University.
