Lisa Cantu

Lisa Cantu is currently serving as the Advocacy & Legislative Affairs Student Assistant at The Association of Former Students since April 2023. Cantu has extensive involvement at Texas A&M University, having held multiple leadership roles including Howdy Crew Captain, Programming Director at the Appelt Aggieland Visitor Center, Ambassador, and Campus Tour Guide from January 2021 to May 2024. Cantu is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Service & Administration with a focus on Public Management at The Bush School of Government and Public Service, expected to complete in May 2024, following a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University. Education also includes a high school diploma from Sharyland High School, earned in 2020.
