Sam Hendon

Sam Hendon is a Project Manager at The Atkins Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Petry-Kuhne Company from April 2018 to May 2021. In that role, they were responsible for assisting existing clients by identifying and servicing any needs they may have, as well as new business development, through building relationships with colleges, universities and student groups nationwide.

Before working at Petry-Kuhne Company, Sam was an Account Manager and Area Operations Manager. As an Account Manager, they were responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contract negotiations, and being the lead point of contact for any inquiry pertaining to accounts in their region. As Area Operations Manager, they were responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving operational systems and processes of distribution and return of products, recruiting and training operational employees, logistics management, and coordination and communication between Bedloft and the customer's employed operation staff.

Sam Hendon's educational career includes an associate's degree in construction design management from Parkland College, as well as a bachelor's degree in applied engineering and technology from Eastern Illinois University.

Sam Hendon reports to Jane Solon, VP, Property Management. Sam Hendon works with and Michelle Potenberg - Assistant Property Manager.
