Steve Simpson

Steve Simpson, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as a Partner at Instar Asset Management since May 2014, Steve is responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and structuring acquisitions and investment opportunities. Additionally, as an Investment Committee Member at The Atmospheric Fund since February 2019, Steve supports sustainability projects aimed at improving air quality and combating climate change. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Nieuport Aviation Infrastructure Partners in 2015 and Vice President at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation from August 2006 to May 2014, where Steve played a crucial role in renewable energy and infrastructure investment analysis and execution.
