Bethany Fauss

Bethany Mancha is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in communications, project coordination, and human resources. Currently serving as a Communications Project Coordinator and Ministry Coordinator at The Austin Stone Community Church since March 2021, Bethany previously held multiple positions at The Village Church from July 2015 to July 2020, including Groups Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, and Human Resources Intern. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Intern at Pine Cove, a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Tyler, and a Registrar at Pine Cove. Bethany began a career in customer service as a Cashier/Server at McAlister's Deli from March 2008 to August 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Tyler Junior College.
