Dwight Theaker is a seasoned production and worship leader with extensive experience in church and retail environments. Currently serving as Production Manager at The Austin Stone Community Church since December 2022, Dwight previously held various roles at Target and The Well Community Church, where responsibilities included team leadership and volunteer training. Dwight's background also features significant contributions to WoodsEdge Community Church as Worship & Tech Associate and Student Worship Pastor, focusing on volunteer development and worship gathering management. Additionally, Dwight has experience in technical support and customer service roles, complemented by education in Biblical Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and training in Audio Production from The Art Institute of Houston.
