Angela Richardson

Angela Richardson is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Eucalypt Consulting, established in April 2021, specializing in creating thriving workplaces by integrating people and technology for business success. Currently, Angela serves as the QLD AHRI HR Tech and Analytics Forum Convenor and holds leadership positions as Chair of the Board of Directors and a Board member at Kimberley College. Angela's extensive career includes significant roles at Aurizon, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of service management solutions, to Human Resources Manager, leading substantial improvements in HR processes. Previous experiences also include HR roles at QR, the Embassy of Australia in the USA, and the Queensland Police Service. Angela holds a Master's in Organisational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Studies focused on Workplace Relations.
