Christa Robaina

Christa Robaina is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program assistance, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Program Assistant at The Autism Community in Action (TACA) since July 2022, Christa previously founded Upstream Essentials, an organization focused on educating families about natural wellness resources from January 2017 to November 2022. Christa's earlier roles at Queens University of Charlotte included serving as an Assistant Director for both the Graduate Program in Organization Development and the Coaching Certificate Program, as well as managing EMBA admissions. Additional experience includes serving as VP Operations at Retention Management and Director of Communications at The Fitness Company. Christa holds a Master of Science from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Furman University.
