Patricia Hlungwane

Patricia Hlungwane has a diverse range of work experience. Patricia started their career at International SOS as a Call Distribution Agent, where they distributed emergency calls to various services. Patricia then moved on to Izinga Integrated Solutions as a Case Management Specialist. Patricia later joined BMW Group South Africa as a Roadside Assist, where they dispatched cases to road services staff. Patricia then worked at Berco Express as a Customer Service Agent, handling various tasks such as booking collections and tracking parcels. Currently, Patricia is a Call Center Team Lead at The Automobile Association of South Africa, where they manage breakdown cases and ensures customer assistance.

Patricia Hlungwane has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a National Senior Certificate (Matric) from Meridian College. Patricia then pursued a Higher National Diploma in Public Relations/Image Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1998 to 2000. In 2016, Patricia received a Generic Management Skills certificate from Infomage RIMS Group. In 2017, they obtained a National Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from HASLAC (Pty) Ltd. Finally, in 2019, they completed a National Certificate in Short Term Insurance at Octomate (Pty) Ltd.
