Tina Luppino currently serves as the First Lady of AV at The AV Firm, a 100% women-owned live-event staging and consulting company since July 2021. In this role, Tina Luppino actively contributes to breaking barriers in the male-dominated audio-visual industry, utilizing The AV Firm's innovative tools and over 30 years of experience to enhance live, virtual, and hybrid events. Prior to this position, Tina Luppino was the Vice President of Business Operations at TRAVIS Inc. Audio Visual for nearly 22 years, and earlier served as an Associate Meeting Manager at Discovery International for nearly nine years.
