Karen Dabell

Karen Dabell has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at Avalon Group since September 2013, after progressing through roles as HR Manager and HR Advisor within the organization. Prior to this, Karen worked as an HR Advisor at North Yorkshire County Council from September 2005 to September 2013. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Leeds Beckett University and The University of Huddersfield.
