Susan Parker

Susan Parker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital design and education. Currently a Senior Manager at The Avon Company since July 2017, Susan leads a digital education team focused on creating engaging training content. Prior to Avon, Susan worked at Wells Fargo from December 2015 to July 2017 as an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer, enhancing the professional development of wealth management advisors. Between January 2011 and July 2017, Susan operated as a freelance Website Designer, developing WordPress sites for various clients and designing graphics. Earlier experience includes a role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 1999 to December 2015 as an eLearning Developer, where Susan modernized training programs. Susan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Internet/Web Development from Arizona State University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
