Shenique Ferguson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the SME Manager of Service Coordination at The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC Business) since August 2012, Shenique has held various managerial roles focused on sales effectiveness, product management, and business development. Prior experience includes positions at AstraZeneca and Merck, where Shenique supported market growth, built relationships with key stakeholders, and managed product strategies across the Caribbean. Shenique holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and E-Commerce from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from King's College.
