Jim Willenbring

Jim Willenbring, CPCC, PCC is the Chief Executive Officer at The Bailey Group and also works as an Executive Coach & Consultant. Previously, Jim was the Principal of Willenbring Consulting LLC and has experience in various senior leadership roles at Medtronic, such as Senior Director of Digital Health & Patient Operations and Senior Director of Connected Care. Jim has a background in electrical engineering and holds a Master of Science degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota. In addition, Jim is a faculty member at Carlson Executive Education, teaching strategy, change management, and leadership programs. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in product planning, marketing, strategic planning, and coaching for global leaders.
