Susan Laterra

Susan Laterra has over 40 years of experience in training and support roles within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Training & Software Support at Baltimore Life since January 1999, Susan has developed expertise in these areas. Prior to this, Susan worked as a Training Consultant at USF&G / St. Paul from September 1981 to July 1998, honing skills in training methodologies and client support.
