Bill Wachsberger's work experience spans over two decades in the newspaper industry. Bill began their career as a copy editor/designer at South Florida's Sun-Sentinel in 1997 before moving on to work as a news design planner at the Savannah Morning News in 1998. In 2001, they joined The State as an A1/Special Projects Designer and also served as the Sunday A1 Designer. Wachsberger then worked at The Baltimore Sun as the News Design Editor from 2005 to 2009. Bill briefly worked at The Washington Post as a Designer in 2010 before joining Gannett Newspapers as a Designer in 2011. Wachsberger's most recent position is at The Baltimore Sun, where they have been the Design Director since 2013.
Bill Wachsberger attended Plantation High School from 1985 to 1988. Bill then went on to study Journalism at the University of Miami, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in the field in 1997. There is no information provided regarding any additional certifications they may have obtained.
