Jeffrey F. Bill

Jeffrey F. Bill is a seasoned professional in the field of photography and content editing, currently serving as Senior Content Editor at The Baltimore Sun since January 1989. Throughout the tenure at The Baltimore Sun, Jeffrey has held various leadership roles, including Director of Photography and Deputy Director of News Photography & Newsroom Technology Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Plant Superintendent at CTC, Vermont Color from 1988 to 1989, and Plant Manager at Wilson Photofinishing - Vermont Prints from 1986 to 1988. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which was earned from 1983 to 1986, and has also attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 1979 to 1982.
