Tim Schwartz is a seasoned sports journalist with extensive experience in managing and covering sports content. Currently serving as the Senior Sports Content Editor at The Baltimore Sun since June 2021, Schwartz oversees the coverage of major sports teams in Baltimore, including the Ravens and Orioles, as well as significant events like the Preakness. Prior to this role, Schwartz held positions as Sports Editor at Capital Gazette Communications and Sports Journalist at The Baltimore Sun Media Group, focusing on high school sports in Maryland. Schwartz's freelance work includes contributions to The Washington Post and various local publications, where coverage ranged from high school volleyball to outdoor features.
