Jay Tschantz

Jay Tschantz is currently the Head of National Sales at The Bancorp, leading the sales origination model to support the non-purpose lending business. Before this role, Jay worked at Bridgeforce as a Senior Leader and at Top Shelf Consulting as the President, focusing on customer experience and implementing new procedures. Jay also has extensive experience at BANK OF AMERICA/MBNA, where Jay managed areas within the credit card debt cancellation business. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Denison University.
