Josh Swanstrom

Josh Swanstrom is a seasoned finance and auditing professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations and Internal Audit Manager at The Bancorp since January 2015, Josh oversees audits of IT and prepaid products and leads a team of Internal Auditors. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Senior Auditor at NorthWestern Energy, where responsibilities included leading IT and operational audits and migrating to an internal IT audit schedule. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Technology Risk Management Services at Eide Bailly LLP, and a Consultant at Milo Belle Consultants, LLC, with a focus on IT and SEC compliance. Josh holds a BBA in Economics and an MBA from the University of South Dakota.
