Ashley Gillam

Ashley Gillam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the coffee industry and administrative management. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at THE BARN BERLIN since December 2022, Ashley holds previous roles as Head of Coffee at Lost Barn Coffee Roasters and Chalk Coffee, where key responsibilities included quality control, team leadership, and sourcing coffee from various European roasters. Earlier experience includes administrative positions at Transdev Sydney, Cott Beverages, and MBNA, where skills in scheduling, data analysis, and communication were developed.
