Darby Parker

Darby Parker is an experienced acquisitions manager with a strong background in real estate investment. Currently serving as the Acquisitions Manager at The Beach Company since 2020 and at Beach Real Estate Funds LLC since 2016, Darby has developed expertise in identifying and securing property acquisitions. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Production Analyst at CBRE and a Financial Analyst at Newmark Knight Frank. Darby's career began as a Research Associate in Policy and Practice at the Urban Land Institute. Darby holds a degree from the University of Virginia.
