Eddie Hughes

Eddie Hughes is a seasoned commercial real estate broker at The Beach Company, specializing in large estate lots, waterfront properties, rural plantations, and development parcels in the Charleston Tri-County area since 2003. Joining Beach Commercial in 2008, Eddie has built a strong network of long-term business relationships. Previously, Eddie spent five years as a residential real estate broker at Beach Residential, gaining valuable experience in the land development process and financial proformas. Eddie also served as a regional manager at Coastal Wine & Beverage from 1998 to 2003, where sales surged from $3 million to $13 million annually.
