Alana Cummings

Alana Cummings is an experienced Information Systems Operation Technician at The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd. since May 2020. Prior to this role, Alana held the position of Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Petrotrin from October 2001 to November 2018. Alana holds a BSc in Information Technology with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between November 2012 and June 2015, and also possesses an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from London Metropolitan University.
